This coffee is grown in the mountains of Cajamarca, Peru. High elevation (1880-2220 masl) and great soil result in a naturally sweet coffee with notes of cane sugar, stone fruit, cocoa, & a mild pineapple acidity. It’s a straightforward coffee that is incredibly easy to love.

A nice and interesting coffee. While my wife and I tend to like good dark roast blends, I like to balance our drinking with occasional medium or medium-dark single-origins, like this Peruvian. I agree with the description that this coffee nicely balances some darker notes with some medium roast fruitiness. This was my first order from Black Roasting Coffee Co. and i just ordered their Red Room Dark Blend given our success with this Peruvian. I like their focus on organic coffees, their eco friendliness approach, and their free shipping (hats off to them for that!).

I love great coffee! My Son and daughter in law own a a very well known coffee “spot” in Bozeman, and I have had some really good coffee….so I would like to say that this particular single origin is just fantastic! It is rich, and full and a little sweet. My new favorite! I am ordering more! I bought this in Kalispell at the Natural Grocers…just luck to get this as I was in a hurry, and just grabbed it! Try it!
