We have a new crop in from ASPRASAR Cooperative in Colombia, and it is amazing.

Asprasar is a young organization located in Tolima. It formed in 2016 with the goal of improving the quality of life of it’s members through earning higher prices for their coffee. The coffee is grown between 1500-2100 meters above sea level (masl) and has 91 members. In addition to maintaining the high quality required to bring higher prices for coffee the coop is dedicated to preserving the environment and has received certifications that include: Organic, NOP, EU, Jas, FLO, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Manos de Mujer. They have two quality control laboratories at different collections points to guarantee the quality of their coffee.

We are really excited to not only get to work with such a forward thinking cooperative, but also honored to get such amazing coffees.
